JT Daniels is an Artist/Painter/Muralist in Kansas City, Missouri. Taking his art from a hobby and a passion that he started as a young kid, JT now gets commissioned by the city and organizations around KC to create his art. The first in a planned series called 'What Is Art?'

Artist J.T. Daniels describes the idea behind The Spirit of Community mural program which unveiled a new project Monday titled, "A Kingdom Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand." It depicts the Historic Northeast neighborhood as a cultural melting pot and uses symbolism to illustrate its residents' unique journeys and the importance of working together to build a strong community.
