Kansas City’s newest and most collaborative co-working space, features private offices and shared workspace for entrepreneurs, creators and innovators. Spark supports the growing Kansas City entrepreneurial ecosystem, placing community members within close proximity to hundreds of successful businesses, dining & entertainment options and cultural experiences within the Power & Light District and downtown Kansas City. Located at Two Light in the heart of downtown Kansas City at the junction of the Crossroads Art and Power & Light Districts, the two-level workspace provides local entrepreneurs and startups an affordable and efficient way to grow their businesses and teams.

I created designs around famous figures that were reflective of both their proximity to the Crossroads and P&L, the fluid creative process and how that’s associated with entrepreneurship and networking. “Kansas City loves local, and we want to bring some of those elements into this space so that you really get that feeling when you’re here”. Featured in the murals are portraits of famous entrepreneurs Tech N9NE, Walt Disney, Arthur Stilwell, Mary Lou Williams, JC Hall, Amelia Earhart and Cara Stover, who have all made their mark on Kansas City in grandiose fashion.
